Lebanon on March 16 forbade entry to citizens coming from corona affected countries, like Italy, the United States, South Korea, China and people who traveled to these countries in the last two weeks.
Flights between these countries and Lebanon have been terminated and the Health Ministry of Lebanon urged citizens to self-isolate themselves as much as possible.
To step up its fight against the coronavirus and to curb the spread, the Minister of Information of Lebanon, Manal Abdel Samad, on March 26, announced an overnight curfew from 7 pm to 5 am.
It is not known until when these measures will stay in place.
